Demotion request - Joel

Hello i am very annoyed to this moment as i have heard that the admin Joel has been using tsay to pretend that a hacker had embedded code inside our server files.This is not the only thing i have against him.He gets on with no staff members and whenever he is on he is arguing with someone.Earlier today when Sonic Boom was setting up the bus stops for the server joel phys gunned it and tipped it up then flew off.When i typed in ooc Sonic come to me please,Joel came back and when i began fixing it said to me'Stop moving it'I then called him a hypocrite and he said i abuse my power by using imitate as a joke on him.Most high staff use imitate on eachother all the time.
